Paul is a compliance specialist located in our Northern California office and servicing the South Bay and Fresno areas. He comes to ECR, Inc with extensive experience in Safety compliance and is OSHA certified, CPR certified and a member of American Society of Safety Engineers.

Paul Belo has a degree in Occupational Safety and Health.  He currently is an OSHA 500 certified trainer, Certified First Aid – CPR Instructor as well as certified to Train the trainer on lift, warehouse and construction equipment. Paul is also a member of the Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and has been working in this field since 2001.

 As a Safety co-coordinator and Safety manager Paul has been extensively involved in development and implementation of numerous Injury, Illness prevention programs (IIPP), from written programs to inspection, and all pertinent trainings. All these programs are in compliance with Federal, State, OSHA, EPA, DOT Standards and various local regulations. They have also consistently reduced MOD rates for the companies involved.

 Paul’s activities have covered the fields of agriculture, construction, automotive related as well as a variety of production and manufacturing.

 All the above items have been accomplished in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
