Mark is the President & CEO for Environmental Compliance and Remediation, Inc. (ECR). He is responsible for new business development and research for ECR, and is involved in the implementation of the environmental/worker safety strategies for commercial and industrial operations.

Mark graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Chemistry/Marine Biology, completed a three-year graduate internship at University of Malaya in South East Asia, and continued his education in Environmental Engineering after completing coursework at the University of California, Berkeley in Hazardous Material Management.

Mark is a registered Environmental Assessor in the State of California under the direction of the Environmental Protection Agency and a U.S. Department of Labor OSHA Outreach Trainer. He is also an ANSI-RAB ISO 14000 EMS Lead Auditor.
