Max is the Safety & Risk Management Consultant for ECR and is responsible for assessing client needs and coordinating services for existing and new clients.

Max has worked in the worker's compensation industry for over 12 years with emphasis on bilingual/bicultural agriculture production and processing safety.

Max has been involved with numerous agriculture safety organizations as a speaker and active member including Ag Safe, UCIPM projects, Farm Bureau training teams, and is an American Red Cross certified instructor.

Max graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and CSU Monterey, completing bachelor and master degree programs in Agriculture Science and Education & Communication.
